There are lots of exciting things happening around school, but did you know that Year 5 are learning to play the guitar? We all have a lesson on Thursday afternoons with Ms Milne, who is a brilliant teacher and lots of fun. It's tricky to learn and makes our fingers a bit sore, but we should get used to that soon. We hope to perform for everyone before too long.
Well done to all the children who remembered to bring their guitars to school today and a huge thank you to the mums, dads and nans who helped out (Jenna's nan made the trip from Clacton!) when their children had forgotten. Don't forget to practise whenever you get the chance and make sure you bring your guitars to school every Thursday.
